Refund policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email (shop@raffaeleiannello.com) and we will reply with instructions on how and where to return the products.

The direct costs of returning are borne by the customer.

Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

Any loss in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the products may be deducted from the refund.

Once we have received the return and verified its condition, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

We will also refund any standard delivery costs paid by the customer (any additional costs for non-standard delivery options are excluded).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure or personalized products.
