Cancellation policy

When a product is available for "pre-order", a 10% deposit will be charged at the time of order.

The remaining balance will be charged automatically only once the minimum number of pre-orders required to start production has been reached.

You can request the cancellation of your pre-order by emailing us at shop@raffaeleiannello.com.

If the cancellation is requested before production starts and/or before the remaining balance is charged, we will cancel the pre-order and refund any amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If production has already started and/or the remaining balance has already been charged, cancellation may no longer be possible; in that case, our Returns and Refunds Policy (right of withdrawal) may apply after delivery, where applicable.
