Shipping policy
We currently ship all of our products from our warehouse in Italy.

Shipping costs are free on all orders of at least €150.00 EUR.
For orders of smaller amounts, the shipping rates are:
• Any destination in Italy €12,00 EUR
• Any destination in Europe (Italy excluded) €24,00 EUR
• Any destination in the world (Europe excluded) €48,00 EUR
RAFFAELE IANNELLO LIMITED EDITIONS COLLECTION
As these products are delicate and large in size, delivery and any installation are arranged by appointment with the client, as follows:
• Completely free of charge within the city of Milan
• Quoted upon request for any other destination, in Italy and worldwide
For orders shipped within the European Union, the price includes the applicable VAT in accordance with current regulations.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the courier upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility; we are unable to estimate these charges in advance.
